Almonds trees are called in Hebrew “Shaked.”

The “winter watcher” is the first tree that opens the spring with its flowers. It’s curious because it puts forth flowers, forth shoots, and produces almonds. It means “hurry up” while other trees are sleeping.

It makes me realize that everyone has a plan and wants it to come true as quickly as possible, but are you doing your part of it?

We are in the winter, but after that, spring is coming. Are you ready like the almonds, or are you the one that needs to wait a little longer to feel the fresh air or the late one that needs to see others with fruits for you to begin to shoot? I invite you to be like the almonds, a tree that does not need to wait for everyone else to get flowers, shoots, and fruit all together.

Just like this unique and beautiful tree, you too can stand out in your journey towards your goals.

It is never the right time.
It never feels like it.

Furthermore, it is never perfect; start preparing like the almonds in the winter when everyone is waiting. Begin working on yourself, your faith, and your relationship with God. Believe that every plan that you commit to him will be correct and reasonable according to his wishes.
